The Standard finish is a natural and safe finish for all indoor residential and commercial environments wherever a DCOF ≥ 0.42 is required. It is ideal for residential installation such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms as well as for commercial areas where the overall superior property of porcelain is required such as headquarters, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, shops and many more.
SAFE STEP
FINISH
Higher slip resistance, than Standard surface;
Suited for indoor residential and commercial spaces;
DCOF value equal or greater than 0.55.

The Safe Step finish is a natural and safe finish for all indoor residential and commercial environments, that can be used in lieu of the standard finish when a higher DCOF value is required. In fact, with Safe Step the DCOF is ≥ 0.55 giving your project a higher level of safety in terms of coefficient of friction, hence a higher slip resistance.
SAFE STEP PLUS
FINISH
Higher slip resistance, than Standard and Safe Step surfaces;
Suited for indoor residential and commercial spaces;
DCOF value equal or greater than 0.65.

The Safe Step Plus finish recommended for all indoor applications, both commercial and residential, further enhances the anti-slip performances of Landmark porcelain, compared with the Safe Step finish, offering a remarkable DCOF ≥ 0.65 anti-slip performance.
GRIP
FINISH
Maximum level of safety, in terms of anti-slip performance within Landmark porcelain tiles product category;
Ideal for outdoor residential and commercial spaces, as well as for indoor installation wherever the highest anti-slip performances are required (e.g. indoor pools, SPAs, wet areas);
DCOF value equal or greater than 0.70;
Additional level of safety, classified also by DIN standards (International Standards) as R11 A+B+C.

Thanks to a DCOF ≥ 0.70 and DIN R11 C classification, the Grip finish offers the best anti-slip performances within Landmark porcelain tiles category, and it is recommended for both outdoor applications such as pools, decks, patios, terraces, walkways (and much more), as well as for indoor installations, wherever high anti-slip performances are required, such as indoor pools, shower floors, SPAs, wet areas and more.
